On Thursday, 29 October 2026, we officially opened Our Intercultural Community Café, The People’s Café, in the heart of Derry, bringing to life a vision we have nurtured for over a decade!
Under the theme “Our Shared Home,” we celebrated everything that makes our communities special: our cultures, our stories, our food and, above all, our shared sense of belonging.
The People’s Café is more than a place to eat. It is a place where cultures meet, friendships grow, communities connect and everyone has a seat at the table.
To everyone who joined us, supported us and believed in this dream, THANK YOU! You made our official opening truly unforgettable.
