Born in Canada, Manasa is studying medicine at Queen’s University, Belfast. There she has demonstrated strong commitment to advancing race equality through her involvement in efforts and initiatives. Manasa was a speaker at the inaugural Race Equality in Higher Education Conference at Queen’s in September 2023. She is also spearheading a student division of the existing staff Racial Equity Champions Networks. Outside of her studies, she is a classical dancer who has showcased the cultural aspects of different races at events like Canada’s Global Village festival.
