Jahswill Emmanuel has been instrumental in promoting sports participation and diversity among ethnic minority communities. He founded Multi-Ethnic Sports and Cultures NI (MSCNI) in 2016 to develop youth, women, men, asylum seekers and refugees from minority ethnic backgrounds through sports and cultural activities. MSCNI has been working with McDonald’s and IFA on the McDonald’s Fun Football Project since 2023, providing fun football sessions for over 150 local young people from marginalised, ethnic minority and local communities across Northern Ireland.
