Dr Mukesh works in both paediatric and adult anaesthesia and perioperative care. He has worked as a consultant since 2006. Outside of the hospital, he is a formidable champion of cultural heritage and ethnic minorities. He is the founder of the Indian Hindu Association and among the many accolades he has been awarded over the years is the Points of Light Award, bestowed on him in 2023 in recognition of his exceptional service promoting and celebrating Indian heritage.
