The award-winning Dancing Palestine will screen in Derry’s Nerve Centre on August 8 at 7pm. It is just one of several programmes focussing on the plight of the Palestine people set to be shown as part of Féile 2025.
THE plight of the people of Palestine features heavily in Féile Derry, the north west’s leading community arts festival.
Running from August 6 to August 15, Féíle Derry will feature music, family gatherings, award-winning films, discussions, sport, exhibitions, older people’s events and much more.
Included in this year’s programme are several films and documentaries focussing on Palestine.
Among them are:
An Phalaistín – Disturbing The Silence – Thursday August 7 at 5.30pm in The Nerve Centre Cinema

This year’s Féile Derry includes over 150 events taking place at 60 venues across the Bogside, Brandywell, Creggan, and Fountain neighbourhoods and the city centre.
Events do have to be booked and some do have a charge attached. But check out the full Féile programme of events at www.feilederry.com/feile-2025, it has all the information you will need.
Féile 2025 would not be possible without the support of The Executive Office, Derry City and Strabane District Council, Department of Foreign Affairs and the collaboration of the many groups, initiatives, volunteers and residents who have come together to shape this programme of events.
