North West Migrants Forum invites proposals from qualified financial management providers to oversee the PEACEPLUS-funded ICIP budget. The contract will run for the remainder of the programme (2025-2028) with an estimated annual value of £65,000.

Investment Area 1.3 Building Positive Relation

The North West Migrants Forum (NWMF) invites submissions from qualified and experienced accounting individuals to provide Financial Management Services for the delivery of its PEACEPLUS-funded Intercultural Cross-Border Inclusion Programme.

This is a cross-border partnership initiative under Theme 1.3: Building Positive Relations, supported by the European Union, the Government of Ireland, the Government of the United Kingdom, and the Northern Ireland Executive.

The appointed service provider will be responsible for ensuring effective financial oversight, compliance, reporting, and audit readiness in line with SEUPB regulations across all project partners.

Mandatory requirements

Chartered accountant or equivalent accreditation recognised in both jurisdictions.

Demonstrated experience managing EU or PEACEPLUS funded projects.

Robust financial control systems with quarterly reporting capability.

Capacity to train partner organisations on compliant procurement and record-keeping.

Core deliverables

Monthly management accounts covering all ICIP partners.

Quarterly claim packs prepared for SEUPB with supporting evidence.

Annual audit-ready files and risk assessments.

Ad-hoc advice for procurement, payroll, and currency fluctuations.
