Applications are invited for the position of a youth support worker-Leader in charge to develop and deliver high quality work with young people aged 11 – 25 years from minority ethnic communities in the North-West Area of Northern Ireland. The post holder will work through an agreed programme of work that facilitates young people’s participation in current issues and decision making by creating opportunities for their personal, social and educational development.
The post holder will also be responsible for the delivery of key aspects of the project, the management of appropriate staff/volunteers and the implementation of organisational policies.
